  • You must ensure your ENS domain has an active subscription for publishing
  • You are responsible for backing up your content and private keys

  • No single entity has control over the entire system
  • Service availability depends on the broader decentralized network

4.2 Community-Run Infrastructure

  • Service availability is not guaranteed by any single entity
  • Users may run their own nodes to ensure content availability
  • The Service is designed to be censorship-resistant but not censorship-proof

4.3 Smart Contract Risks

  • The Service uses smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain
  • Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
  • Users are responsible for understanding the risks of blockchain technology

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

  • No personal information is required beyond wallet connection

  • Users should not store sensitive personal information in published content
  • The Service does not guarantee the privacy of published content

6.3 Third-Party Services

  • The Service integrates with ENS, IPFS, and Ethereum
  • Users are subject to the terms of these third-party services
  • Simple Page is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services

7. Disclaimers and Limitations
